Return Policy

At "SUM of I", we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. However, if you are not completely happy with your item, you are welcome to return it under the following conditions:

Return Policy:

1. Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt. If 30 days have gone by since you received your item, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging with all original tags attached.

3. Please note that for hygienic reasons, certain items such as earrings cannot be returned.

Exceptions:

Discounted or sale items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process:

1. Contact us at tribe@sumofi.xyz with your order number and the items you wish to return. We will provide you with a return authorization and return shipping label.

2. Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging and include all paperwork, parts, and accessories.

3. Affix the return shipping label to the package and send it to the following address: SUM of I, 16 Sayward Close, Chesham, HP5 3DP, U.K.

4. We recommend that you use a traceable and insurable shipping method. We cannot be responsible for lost return shipments.

Refunds and Processing:

1. Please allow up to 14 days for us to receive and process your return.

2. Once your return is processed, we will notify you via email. Your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

3. Please note that it can take an additional 7-14 days after we issue the refund for it to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution.
